Her interests include working with anxiety and mood disorders, couples, families, adolescents and persons on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum.
Another area of interest, which combines her passion for wellness and physical fitness, is helping clients overcome their individual barriers to fitness and weight management.
She works with clients using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT), two scientifically-supported approaches in which she’s completed extensive training.
Lisa is an avid trail runner and obstacle course racer, and has also competed in natural bodybuilding.
